*Chicken Breast, no skin, 4 breast, bone and skin removed (remove)Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)Chicken Broth, 1.5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)*Gluten-free flour (1 cup), 130 gram(s) (remove)Lemon juice, .5 cup (remove)
Directions
Dip chicken breasts in squeezed lemon juice; roll in flour, fry in olive oil until brown (turning once). Place in pan, cover with chicken broth and sliced lemons (optional). Bake @350 for 1hr
