1 frozen or refrigerated pie shell4 sliced tomatoes 10 fresh basil leaves2 T chopped chives1 cup sour cream1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Pre-bake pie shell. Slice tomatoes and drain. I put them on paper towels and sprinkle with a little salt to get them dry or the pie will be mushy. Drain about 15 minutes. Mix the sour cream with the cheeses. After the shell is baked layer the tomatoes with the basil and chives. Put the cheese mixture on the top of the tomatoes. Bake approximately 30 minutes or until pie is lightly browned.
