2 cans chickpea, rinseminced garlicsoysaucesaltgaram masala 3 tblspcurry powder 3 tblspcrush red pepper 1 tbsp
Directions
process the oats down into a flour, then add soy sauce garlic, olive oil ,spices, then the 1st can of chickpeas and slowly add the rest of the chickpeas,

put in fridge for 30 mins, then make into 9 pattys and put into fry pan sprayed with nonnstick spray
