Taco Pie

Ingredients
1 lb 80% lean (or leaner) Ground Beef1 sm Can Kidney Beans1 md Onion, chopped1 packet Low Sodium Taco Seasoningapprox 1 Cup salsa1 C shredded 2% Cheese of choice1 sm can sliced Black Olives4 large Flour Tortillas
Directions
Brown beef with onion. When beef is half browned, add seasoning and beans.

Place 1 tortilla in bottom of sprayed pie pan, add about 1/3 each of meat mix, salsa, and olives. Repeat 2 times. Top with last tortilla and top with cheese. Back on 350 until warmed through, or cheese starts to brown.

Let stand about 5 minutes before cutting into 8 pieces. Add Lettuce and tomato for freshness!

Serving Size: makes 8 "pie pieces"
