Granola

Ingredients
4.5 cup Oats1/4 cup slivered almonds1/2 cup raisins1/2 cup dried cranberries1/2 cup banana chipsHoneyApple juice
Directions
In a large bowl, combine oats and almonds. In a small saucepan, combine the apple juice, honey, oil, cinnamon and salt. Cook and stir for 3-4 minutes over medium heat until heated through. Remove from the heat. Pour over oat mixture; stir to coat.

Transfer to a 15inx10inx1in baking pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350degrees for 20-25 minutes or until crisp, stirring every 10 minutes. Cool completely on a wire rack. Stir in banana chips, raisin, and dried cranberries. Store in an airtight container.
