Ingredients
Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 1 cupCheddar Cheese, 1/3 cup, shreddedGarlic powder, 1.5 tspPepper, red or cayenne, .5 tspWater, tap, 1/2 cupSalt, .5 tsp
Directions
preheat oven to 400
mix all in a bowl
spread 1/8 inch thin on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
score into cracker size you want.
bake 15 minutes or til crisp
break into crackers
