Mixed Berry and Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
1.5 cups milk (I used 2%, but you can use 1% or skim)1 cup plain greek yogurt any variety1 banana, peeled and broken in quarters1 cup of frozen mixed berries (or strawberries)1/2 to 1 cup of ice 2T agave syrup or honey (I'm allergic to honey)
Directions
PUt all ingredients in blender, starting with the milk and banana and yogurt and agave or honey (unfrozen first), then the ice and frozen berries. MIx on the chop/pulse for a few seconds, then on the smoothie or blend setting for 30-45 seconds.
