Ingredients
1 c. cooked rice (I usually use brown rice)1 onion, sliced1 tomato, diced1 avocado, chunked1/4 c. pumpkin seeds or other Bragg's Liquid Aminos, to taste
Directions
Cut onion and saute in oil. Meanwhile, cut up tomato and avocado. Layer ingredients in order listed ending with Braggs.
