Indian Spiced Okra

Ingredients
1 pound okra, washed and dried1/3 cup onion, sliced2 tablespoons olive oil1 1/2 teaspoons garam masala1/2 teaspoon turmeric1/4 teaspoon ground coriander1/4 teaspoon salt1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions
Preheat the oven to 425F. Cut the tops off the okra pods and split them lengthwise. Toss the okra with the remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spread the okra mixture out evenly in a thin layer. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until okra and onions have softened.
