Yummy Peaches

2-15 oz cans peaches in light syrup1/4 cup brown sugar1/2 cup oats1/4 cup light margarine2 tsp cinnamon
Drain peaches and put in baking dish.
Sprinkle oats, brown sugar and cinnamon on top of peaches.
Spoon margarine on top of mixture.
Bake at 350*F for 20 minutes.
Serving size is 1/2 cup.

So yummy and so easy. Changes from the original recipe: peaches canned in juice, splenda brown sugar blend, thick cut oats, and 2 Tbsp of butter. I also spritzed it with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray before baking. Served warm with a dollop of lite vanilla yogurt on top - so good. - 9/17/08

I made this today.....Next time I will use the real oats...I tried instant oatmeal....it is still quite good but I can just imagine what the oats take like.....
This is an outstanding receipe...lots of different fruits can be used ...what about pumpkin in the fall? How good is that.... - 7/26/08
