Roasted Red Potatoes

Ingredients
Red Potato, 680 grams (1.5#)Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .5 cup, choppedOlive Oil, 2 tbspParmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbspSugar, 1 tbspSalt, pepper, paprika, garlic power, red pepper (to taste)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 Degrees.
Dice potatoes, onions and red peppers into 1/4 - 1/2 inch pieces.
Put all ingredients into a Gallon size Ziploc Bag and SHAKE.
Pour onto a baking sheet lined with foil and sprayed with cooking spray (even better if you have parchment paper... NO STICKING).
Bake for 45 minutes.
