Japanese Apple Dip

Ingredients
1 package tofu, extra firm, pat dry, microwaved for 30-45 seconds to remove excess moisture, chopped1 tbsp miso paste1 tbsp tahini1/4 cup brown sugar2 tbsp soymilk1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted (optional)
Directions
Add all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour dip into a serving dish. Top with toasted almonds, if desired. Serve with fresh sliced apples.
