Shut Up and Eat Corn Dip

Ingredients
8 oz Fat Free Philadelphia cream cheese1 stick light Land O Lakes Butter2 tbsp diced jalapeno peppers (jar)1/4 tsp ground cumin16 oz. Green Giant Sweet Niblets frozen corn
Directions
Melt butter and cream cheese together in microwave for approximately 2 minutes. Add additional time if cream cheese is not completely melted.

Cook corn on stovetop or microwave per package directions. Drain liquid from corn. Add corn to cream cheese and butter mixture.

Add remaining ingredients and stir. Break out the Fritos Scoops (or Baked Tostitos Scoops), and shut up and eat! :)

Makes 16 servings of approximately 2 tablespoons each.

    Just finished making this dip and I can't stop sneaking some before my company comes! I realized too late that I didn't have the jalapenos, so I diced some onions, green peppers and a small tomato and added them. I also used a can of corn since I didn't have the frozen. Love this! - 9/11/09
