Ingredients
Directions
2 cans tuna, canned in waterChickpeas, one canCelery, 1 cup dicedBanana Peppers (optional), 1/4 cupOlive Oil, 3-4 TBSJuice of 1 lime (two if they're small.)Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Dice celery and banana peppers.
Rinse Chickpeas. Drain tuna. Add all of the above to a medium sized bowl and mix gently. Add lime juice and salt and pepper. Your tuna salad is ready to serve now, but I think it tastes better after an hour in the fridge to let the flavors meld.
