Berry Banana Oatmeal Smoothie

Ingredients
1 Frozen Banana4 Strawberries Fresh or Frozen1/4 cup dry oats1/2 tsp vanilla extract3/4 cup non-fat milkPut the oats in the blender and let it run until they are ground up to be a powder. Add the remainng ingredients. Blend until smooth. You may want to add more milk or water to thin out the smoothie as needed.
