Smothered Pork Chops

Ingredients
4 pork chops1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper1/4 tsp cajun pepper2 tbps canola oil1 medium onion2 peppers (bell)1 can beef broth4 garlic cloves or minced garlic
Directions
Coat chops with salt, pepper and cajun pepper. Pan fry for 10 minutes in oil. Take chops up and add peppers, onions and garlic for 5 minutes. Add beef broth and chops to pan, turn to low and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
