2 cups ground flax meal1/2 cup splenda1/2 tsp salt1tsp vanilla or maple extract5 eggs1/3 cup olive oil1/2 cup water
mix to combine, then you can add 1and1/2 cups of any dried fruit or nuts you like; or add 3T of coaco powder and 1 cup sugar free choc. chips (just like brownies), let everything sit for 15 min. Pour onto mparchment lined baking sheet then bake in middle of oven at 350 degrees for 20 to 22 min. let cool, cut in 24 squares and store in fridge.
