Confetti Quinoa Salad

Ingredients
2 cups 25% less sodium chicken broth1 cup Quinoa1 cup cooked fresh corn (I used canned)1 each gree, yellow and red pepper chopped1/3 cup Kraft Mandarin Orange & Sesame dressing1/4 cup Italian parsely1/4 cup sea salt roasted almonds, coarsely chopped
Directions
Bring broth and Quinoa to a boil on high; simmer on med-lw for 15 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Spoon into large bowl and cool.

Add all remaining ingredients except nuts; mix lightly
Top with nuts

Serving Size: Salad and/or serving spoon full
