Hot Pastrami Melts (Makes 2)

Ingredients
2 slice of Arnold Jewish Rye Bread1 TBSP of low fat mayonaise (Hellman's)4 oz. Hillshire Farms Pastrami2 tsp. spicy brown mustard (Frenches)2 1/2 slices of aged swiss cheese (Sargento)
Directions
Spread 1/2 TBSP of Mayo on each slice of bread. Top each with 2 oz. of pastrami. Spread (or squeeze) 1 tsp of mustard over pastrami. Cover with 1 1/2 slices of aged swiss cheese.

Broil until cheese is hot and bubbly. (Watch them so they don't burn).

Serving Size: Makes 2 open face pastrami sandwiches
