St. Patrick's Day Sausage

Ingredients
2 lb kielbasa, sliced into pieces1 apple, peeled and sliced2 garlic gloves, minced2 tsp dry mustard, 2 tsp onion powder, salt and pepper to taste 2 12oz beersSplit between 2 bags, seal, mix, lay flat, freeze
Directions
Add 1 beer. Cook on low 6-8 hours. Discard apple before serving.
