Julienne chicken

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 16 ouncesHam, regular (11% fat), 255 grams Dill Pickles, 200 gramsHeavy Whipping Cream, 200 mLLaughing Cow Light Creamy Swiss Original Cheese , 5 wedgesCountry Crock, Shedd's Spread Country Crock Light (Soft), 4 TbspSaltPepper
Directions
Melt the butter in a pan and add the julienne sliced chicken strips. Fry until chicken turns white. Add the julienne pickles and ham as well and stir for 3-4 minutes. Add the creamy Swiss cheese and mix well. Finally, add the heavy cream and season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir until as thick as desired.
