1 C Oatmeal1 C Wholegrain Rye Flour1/2 C Brown Sugar, packed1 tsp Baking Powder1/2 tsp Salt1/2 tsp Cinnamon1/2 C Reconstituted Raisins1 large Egg2 Tbs Salad Oil (Soy or Canola)1 C Yogurt (I use Dannon Light & Fit Vanilla Yogurt) 1/4 C Almond Milk (I use Blue Diamond Vanilla)
Mix egg, oil, milk and yogurt. Separately mix the dry ingredients until smooth. Stir in raisins and wet mixture. Spoon into 12-spot muffin tin, with paper cups or oiled. Bake at 375 for about 22 minutes. Cool & EAT.
