*Flatout Wrap, Multi-Grain Flax Wrap, 1 serving*Bella Sun Luci Sun Dried Tomatoes (Julienne-cut),1serving*Treasure cove Feta Cheese Crumbles, 0.25 cup*Fresh Express fresh spinach, .25 cup*Egg Whites - 1/4 cup about 2 egg whites, 1.5 serving
Cook the 3 egg whites, spinach and sundried tomatoes until almost done (flipping it once to cook on both sides). Add the feta cheese to warm it up. U can add pepper and sea salt to flavor it up more. Place the egg, etc. into the wrap, roll up and enjoy. *the wrap can be heated in microwave for 10 seconds before placing eggs in it* :)
