3 Salmon Steaks1/2 lemon without seeds1/4 tsp. of garlic powder1 tbsp of ground coriander1.5 tbsp. of dried thyme1 tsp of sea salt1/4 of an onion sliced1/2 of tomatoe sliced2 tbsp. of olive oil
Rinse salmon steaks and place salmon steaks in a casserole dish, squeeze lemon onto salmon steaks. Sprinkle sea salt, garlic powder, ground coriander,dried thyme onto both sides of salmon steaks. Place onions and tomatoes on top of salmon steaks. Cover casserole dish and place in oven and bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
