Turkey Chili

Ingredients
1 lb Ground Turkey (93% lean or better)1 large yellow onion1 large green bell pepper1 large red bell pepper1 large green chile pepper (Anaheim or Serrano)2 small jalapenos1 cayenne pepper3 large tomatoes2 small cans of tomato sauce1 can of corn1 can of black beans1 can of kidney beans1 can of pinto beans4 Tbsp Chili Powder2 Tbsp Garlic PowderSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Dice the onion and sautee with the turkey, until the meat is brown. Dice the other vegetables and mince the hot peppers (jalapenos, cayenne and chili peppers). Combine together and cook one of two ways:

Easier:
Put it all in a crock pot and cook for a few hours (put it on low and the 4 hour setting should be fine)

Easy:
Put it all in a pot and cook on simmer heat for about 45 minutes.

Divide in 10 servings and enjoy!
