Oat Pancakes

Ingredients
1 C. quick oats2 Tbs. Sugar1 tsp salt1 c. 1% milk1 tsp lemon juice1 c. 100% whole wheat flour2 tsp baking powder2 eggs slightly beaten2 Tbs oil2 Tbs applesauce
Directions
Combine all ingredients and mix. Cook on griddle for 3 minutes then flip and cook another 2 to 3 minutes.
