Turkey Stroganoff

1 pound turkey burger1/4 large onion, diced4 large mushrooms, sliced2 stalks of celery, diced1 tsp. minced garlic2 cups fat free milk2 Tbsp. cornstarch1 tsp. black pepper1 Tbsp. sage2 cups Whole wheat pasta uncooked.1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil.
Cook 2 cups of whole wheat pasta in a pan of water for 10-12 minutes. Drain.
Heat 1 Tbsp of extra virgin olive oil in a large skillet. Add turkey burger, garlic, onions, mushrooms and celery and cook on med-high heat until turkey it thoroughly cooked and vegetables are soft. Drain meat mixture well!
Add milk, black pepper and sage to meat mixture and cook on high until boiling. Mix cornstarch with just enough cold water to dissolve it. Add to boiling meat mixture and stir until thickened, about 1 minute. Turn off heat and add sour cream, stirring into meat mixture. Serve meat mixture over the pasta. Makes 4 servings.
