Lentils, 200 grams Zucchini, 300 grams Green Beans (snap), 200 grams Mushrooms, fresh, 2 small Sweet peppers (bell), 1 tbsp Sun Dried Tomatoes, 1 piece Milk, 3.25%, 125 mL Cumin and coriander to taste
Directions
Boil ingredients and liquidise.
