Spinach Quiche

Ingredients
3 oz. Neufchatel Cheese1/3 cup Fat Free Half and Half3 eggs (I use large)1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese4-6 green onions, thinly slicedsalt and pepper
Directions
Beat cream cheese in medium bowl util smooth. Gradually beat in half and half and eggs. Mix remaining ingredients. Pour mixture into unbaked crust.
Bake at 425 until crust is golden brown and filling is set, about 25 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before serving.
