Ingredients
4 frozen chicken breast1 large brick of cream cheese1 can of cheddar cheese soup1 can of black beans, rinsed and drained1 small jar salsa1 jar of diced tomatoes, drainedtaco seasoning, to taste2 cups corn
Directions
Put all ingredients into a slow cooker and cook on low for 6 - 8 hours. Shred chicken with a fork and serve on top of rice, inside a tortilla, or even yummy all by itself to save carbs and cals!
