Put all ingredients into blender, food processor, or use an immersion blender. Mix until ingredients are smooth.
Spoon into a preheated pan or skillet over medium heat. It is ready to flip when edges are firm and bubbles form on top.
Sprits with spray butter and sugar free syrup or your favorite toppping!
