Over Night Oats

Ingredients
1/2 cup rolled oats (not quick, the old fashion kind)2/3 cup of almond milk or non fat milk1/2 cup plain or vanilla greek yogurt1 pinch of cinnamon.Mix all together and cover put in fridge. In the morning add what ever fruit you like. I put in homemade blueberry jam and 2 cut up strawberries and topped with granola. The kids loved it too! Very filling! You can use non fat milk, instead of almond milk. This makes one serving but I only ate 1/2 and it was perfect size.
