Crockpot Beef for Burritos

Ingredients
2lb london broil - trimmed1 onion - chopped4 cloves of garlic - minced1tbsp whole peppercorns2tbsp apple cider vinegar2 8oz cans tomato sauce1 chipotle pepper in adobo1 1/2tsp chili powder
Directions
Place all ingredients in slow cooker. Cook on low 7-8 hours. Remove meat from cooker and strain the juices to remove peppercorns. Add meat back to pot and shred. Serve in burritos with the fixins you prefer.
