Ingredients
Lamb Shank, 700 grams - remove all fat *Potato, raw, 2 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Carrots, raw, 2 medium Beef stock, home-prepared, 4 cup Worcestire Sauce, 1/4 Cup Tomato Paste, 0.5 cup Garlic, 4 clove Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz) - to desired consistency Peas, frozen, 0.5 cup
Directions
Braise lamb ( not necessary - only if desired
Add all ingredients to pot and cover with stock and water.
set slow cooker to high for 4-5 hours or slow to 8 hours
