Lower Fat Buffalo Wings

Ingredients
3 lbs. chicken wing pieces (about 12 wings cut in half)3/4 cup Frank's Red Hot Sauce1/2 cup dried bread crumbsButter Flavored Cooking Spray
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray a large cookie sheet with butter flavored spray.

Wings should be cut into 2 sections. Put hot sauce in a bowl; put bread crumbs in a pie plate.

Dip each wing piece into the hot sauce then roll in breadcrumbs. Put on cookie sheet. Repeat until finished. Spray wings with butter flavored cooking spray.

Cook in 425 degree oven for 45 mins. until brown and crispy.

Serve with whatever dipping sauce you like.

Makes 6 servings - 2 whole wings or 4 sections each serving.
