Greek Salad

Ingredients
Salad:1 head or 3 heart of Romaine Lettuce1/3 red onion sliced2 tomatoes quartered1 cup Greek olives, quartered2 medium cucumbers, partially pealed, sliced and halved1 cup crumbled Feta cheese6 or 8 oz jar artichoke heartsDressing:1/4 cup White wine vinegar1/4 cup olive oil1/3 tsp oregano flakes1/4 tsp saltdash of pepperChicken Marinade:1/2 cup zesty Italian dressing1/4 cup Soy Saucea little red pepper flakes3 large boneless, skinless chicken breast
Directions
Marinate chicken 4 to 24 hours in advance. Grill - brush with remaining marinade. When cool, cut into bite size pieces
