Quinoa, Cucumber and Tomato Salad

Ingredients
2 c quinoa3 cups (or to taste) cherry tomatoes2 sm or 1 lg cucumber1 onion (to taste)olive oilvinegar2 tbsp honeyitalian seasoningpepper
Directions
Cook quinoa as package instructs. Cut up tomato, cuke, and onion. Prepare oil and vinegar dressing, add spices to taste. Toss.
