Spinach Burgers

Ingredients
20 ounces frozen spinach leaves 2 medium egg whites 1 medium egg 0.25 cup onion, chopped 0.25 cup parmesan, grated 0.25 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded 0.5 cup bread crumbs 0.5 teaspoon red pepper flakes 1 teaspoon salt 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions
Thaw and drain spinach leaves thoroughly. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Form into patties. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook 4-6 minutes per side. Proceed to freezing directions.

Freezing Directions:
Divide burgers among gallon size freezer bags. To serve. Thaw and reheat. Best served on a pita or bun.
