Soy Chicken and Salad Burger

Ingredients

• 100g raw chicken• ¼ avocado• 1 Turkish bread roll• 2 lettuce leaves• ½ tomato• ¼ red onion• 50g of cheese• 1 tablespoon of oil• Teaspoon of minced garlic• 2 tablespoons of sesame oil• 2 tablespoons of lemon juice• 2 tablespoons of honey• 1/3 cup of soy sauce
1. Wash hands and remove any jewellery that could come in contact with the ingredients
2. Pre heat oven to 180 degrees celsius
3. Cut the tomato, avocado and cheese into appropriate sizes
4. Combine the sesame oil, lemon juice, honey and soy sauce together with the minced garlic
5. Cut chicken into strips
6. Submerge the chicken in the marinade and agitate till combined
7. Cut the Turkish bread roll in half and put it under the grill till brown
8. Add a drizzle of oil to the fry pan and cook the chicken till browning
9. Assemble the burger with the cheese, salad and chicken in between the slices
10. Use the excess marinade to pour over the chicken
11. Serve
