Spaghetti Squash casserol

Ingredients
1 Spaghetti Squash1 Green Pepper chopped into bite size pieces1 Sweet Red Pepper chopped into bite size pieces1 Summer Squash chopped into bite size pieces 1 Zucchini Squash chopped into bite size pieces1/2 an onion chopped to desired size1 tsp garlic chopped2 Tbsp olive oil1/2 cup Parmeasn Cheese grated
Directions
Microwave spaghetti squash until a knife goes in easily then spoon out into a bowl
Cut veggies into bight sized pieces and add to oil and garlic in a frying pan. Cook till tender .
Add spaghetti squash and cook till warm.
Add seasonings as desired (salt, pepper, etc)
Searve with a sprinkle of cheese on to.
