LOLStart with one cup unsweetened soy milkadd 1 cup unsweetened applesauceadd 1 small fresh banana Start blendingadd 1 frozen chopped large bananaadd 1 cup frozen mango chunksdrop in 3 ice cubes3 small quick shakes of cinnamon2 small quick shakes of ground clovesa small pinch of nutmeg
Directions
Add ingredients to blender in order listed.
Start blending slowly after fresh banana
Increase speed to fast
open hole in top to drop in remaining ingredients while continuing to blend
