Banana Walnut Soy Protein Muffins

Ingredients
3/4 C Ripe Banana3 large eggs1/2 C Plain low fat greek yogurt (I used Chobani vanilla)3/4 C Soy Flour ( you can use oats or Coconut flour here too but it may alter the nutritional values a bit)2 scoops (1/2 C) Any protein powder, I used vanilla 1/4 C Baking Stevia1 tsp Baking Powder1 tsp Baking Soda1/2 tsp CinnamonI also put in a bit of banana extract because my family loves banana.
Directions
Mix dry ingredients together except walnuts, mix wet ingredients together, fold wet ingredients into dry ingredients, fill muffin tins sprayed with cooking spray 3/4 full, bake at 350 for 13 minutes
