Ingredients
Pink Salmon, Chicken of the Sea (boneless, skinless), 4 pouches (24 oz total) Saltine Crackers (Saltines), 1 cup, crushed Egg, fresh, 3 large *Canola Oil, 4 tbsp Dill weed, dried, 1 tbsp Salt, 1 tsp Kraft Miracle Whip Light Dressing, 3 tbsp ***add a teaspoon of cayenne pepper for extra kick
Directions
combine all ingredients except oil and mix well in large bowl.

shape into patties and fry in oil until browned.

Serving Size: makes approx 20-24 1.5 - 2 oz patties
