Morning Muffins

Ingredients
Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 serving =.25 cup dry, 1.5 cupBlueberries, fresh, 1 pint as purchased, yields Egg, fresh, 3 large Butter, unsalted, 7 tbsp Vanilla Extract, 2 tbsp Flour, white whole wheat, king arthur, 2 cup Baking Powder, 6 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 2 tbsp Ginger, ground, 1.5 tsp Nutmeg, ground, .5 tbsp Flour, white, 1 cup
Directions
Cook quinoa and let it cool
Mix wet ingredients
In a separate bowl mix dry ingredients.
Add wet ingredients to dry.
Mix well
Using about 1/3 cup per muffin, cook in muffin tin. 375 for 15 to 25 minutes, until they spring back
