Herb Roasted Salmon

Ingredients
4 Salmon fillets1 tlbs olive oil1 tlbs butter, melted1 tsp thyme1/2 cup chopped onionsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 475. In a roasting pan, place the oil and melted butter. Roll the salmon in it to coat. Sprinkle with the chopped onion, thyme, salt and pepper. Roast fish in the oven for about 5 minutes, then turn and cook another 3-5 mins depending on how thick the fish is. Fish is done when it flakes easily with a fork. Serves 4
