Green Chile Stew

Ingredients
3 large raw potatoes, cubed2 skinless, boneless chicken breast, cooked, cubed1 cube chicken bouillon, or 2 low sodium cubes1 t garlic1 medium scallion, chopped8 c water1 T onion1/4 c cornstarch (thickening agent)1/2 c hot green chili, frozen or canned
Directions
Place all ingredients, except cornstarch, in crockpot. Cook on high for 4-5 hours. Mix cornstarch with a little cold water and add to stew to thicken.
