vegan oatmeal muffins with raisins and pecans

Ingredients
quick oats, 1 cuplow fat soy milk, 1 cupapplesauce unsweetened 1/2 cupbanana 1/4 cup mashedwhole wheat flour 1 cupbrown sugar 1/2 cupbaking powder 1tsp.baking soda 1/2 tsp.salt 1/2tsp.cinnamon 1 1/2 tspsugar 1tsp.raisins 1/2cup (not packed)pecans 1/3 cup chopped
Directions
mix wet ingredients with oats. Mix dry ingredients and add to wet and oat mixture. add raisins and nuts. spray muffin pan with oil. add muffin mixture. optional: mix natual sugar and cinn to sprinkle on top of muffins. bake at 400 for 20 min.
