4 Eggs1 Cup sugar1 Cup Splenda1 Cup Canola oil2 Bananas mashed3 Cups whole wheat flour1 1/2 tsp baking powder1 1/2 tsp baking soda2 tsp cinnamon1 tsp salt1 1/2 cups chopped zucchini
Beat eggs. Blend sugar, splenda, and oil. In another bowl combine remaining dry ingedients. Stir into egg mixture. Stir in zucchini. grease muffin tin or line with papers. fill 3/4 full and bake at 350 Degrees for about 20 min.
