This makes 5 loaves3 cups zucchini. shredded2 cups vegetable oil6 cups flour3 cups splenda6 eggs2 tsp BS2 tsp BP1 cup walnuts chopped10 pieces in each loaf.
Blend together, bake at 350 for approx 40 mins
test with toothpick when done.
