Greek Yogurt Brownies

Ingredients
1/2 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder1 Cup Oikos 0% Fat Greek Yogurt, Plain1 tsp Vanilla Extract1/2 tsp Baking Powder1/4 tsp Sea Salt1 Cup Bob's Red Mill Quinoa Flour1/2 Cup Truvia1/2 Cup Water2 tsp Instant Coffee
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Grease pan
In a large bowl mix Greek yogurt, sugar and cocoa.
Add vanilla, baking powder, and salt.
Mix water and instant coffee and blend in to mixture.
Stir in Quinoa flour.
Spread the batter into prepared pan
Bake at 350° for about 25 minutes
